While revving up for a busy and exciting 2016, we thought it would be a good time to look back at JumpMind’s accomplishments in 2015.

It has been a busy year! Our first priority is always supporting our existing customers. In 2015 we continued to provide the high level of support our customers deserve. We've been on the other end of bad support calls, and we never want our customers to experience that with us. The product development team continues to be actively engaged in supporting SymmetricDS so when you ask a question, you get an answer you know you can trust.

We've also been very busy with product development. SymmetricDS got major attention this year including:

  • An overhaul of the SymmetricDS Pro user interface focused on enhanced usability
  • A move to Github and Gradle for source control and continuous builds
  • A new database dialect to support DB2 on AS/400
  • Significant improvements to the SymmetricDS transformation engine
  • New capabilities for offline extract and load
  • A powerful, yet extremely lightweight SymmetricDS native C agent for mobile devices including Android and iOS.

We also introduced our latest product named Metl. Metl is an open source lightweight integration platform that allows developers to quickly and easily build, deploy and manage integrations. Metl came directly from existing customers' needs and is being used at some of our largest clients. Please check it out and let us know what you think.

As 2015 drew to a close we moved into a new office at Easton Towncenter in Columbus, OH and launched a revamped website at www.JumpMind.com. The office is aptly nicknamed the Watchtower. We encourage you to watch for the exciting things JumpMind is planning for 2016.

Here’s to a Happy New Year and 2016!
